is Las Casuelas Original part of the same group as other Las Casuelas locations?

yes. founded in 1958, Las Casuelas Original is the first location to open, beginning the legacy that the Delgado family would go on to pioneer.

now, we have 3 other locations in the valley, Las Casuelas Terraza, Casuelas Cafe, and Las Casuelas Nuevas all founded over the decades.

has the menu or interior look changed since 1958?

we have prided ourselves in preserving the gorgeous hacienda style interior and delicious menu we began with in order to keep our little restaurant as original as possible; paying homage to our 1958 roots.

we offer traditional Mexican food from the region of Mazatlán, and have intentionally done little to change the menu in any way since our inception in the 50’s.

we make everything in-house from our chips, to our delicious huevos rancheros!
