The Delgado family has been preparing quality authentic Mexican food for over 6 decades and has been located in downtown Palm Springs for more than 65 years. Small and quaint, this timeless landmark continues to share authentic and traditional Mexican cuisine of our heritage and emphasize the deep, rich flavors of Mazatlan.
Since
1958
The Original Las Casuelas has been proud to serve the Coachella Valley for over 60 years. Family owned & operated since February of 1958, when Maria and Florencio “Del” Delgado decided to introduce these classic recipes to Palm Springs, our recipes and passion for good food have been passed from generation to generation within the Delgado family.
